A lot of the content we make brings to life things or places that don’t exist yet, or that are hard to visualise. This will often necessitate compositing people and all sorts of things into CGI environments, or CGI elements into live-action environments. We do this all in-house which results in a highly integrated production.
We pull in senior visual effects supervisors, technical directors, etc as required. Our pipeline was originally set up by Haz (https://hazfilm.com) and has continued to evolve over several years. We use 3DS Max, Maya, Houdini, After Effects, NUKE, Corona, Vray and Arnold – as well as endless plug-ins and other tools.
